It depends what I'm working on. Right now I don't have the grenades or the staff but I work with everything trying to level up. When boarding the flag ships I always use my cutlass since its the strongest weapon I have at this moment. Just been rushing through my quests but now I'm slowing down and trying to work my weapon levels.

Good Idea to level weapons as you go makes questin a lot easier.

Got blind to L20 notoriety before I started BP tasks seriously. Just did weapons and TP tasks and sailed a lot.

Makes the BP quest much less frustatin than the first time around.

Plus there ain't no point rushing it cos at the moment there's nothing at the end of it.

Anyone struggling to find something to do with their high level pirates I recomend working yer new one. Its Fun!

I totally agree Slater, but wow is it hard to go from nice strong pirate to ... a meek baby... Smile But it is nice to have good friends to help out and to have been thru it before.

Me I dread making a new pirate. I'm trying to keep my weapons at or close to the same level which means I have a lot of catching up to do with everything but cutlass and pistol. those rumrunners and scallywags keep on getting away from me that is why you guys are my comrades. You're always there to help me when I need it. Now I understand why most of the time we are working ourselves until you have to sink those ghost, navy and skeleton ships.
